IBM program on demand community

IBM's 'on demand community' program encourages IBM employees and retirees to volunteer in the community, if and when possible. Both the community and IBM benefit when the employee or retiree directs their skills and talent to the betterment of the community.

Also, when an IBMer tracks their CPO volunteer hours, IBM will include CPO in the community grant program in which IBM donates cash or computers to CPO.

Sooooo.......Please enter your volunteer hours on IBM’s 'on demand community' web site. It is best to enter your hours on a regular basis during the year.

Charlotte Campbell manages this grant for CPO every year. At year end, please email or call Charlotte (goldenpond@nc.rr.com, 919-567-2152) and give her your IBM serial number after you have finished entering your hours for the year. She will collect the serial numbers of all CPO volunteers to coordinate with the IBM grant program. Please contact Charlotte if you have any trouble using the IBM 'on demand community' web page.

To enter your volunteer hours, you first need a sign-in and password. Obtaining a sign-in and password is a simple step with instructions on the home page (see below).
